STEEL Shapes Plus (STEELS Plus for short) is a valuable application
that simplifies the daily work of anyone requiring quick access to the
geometric and mechanical properties of hot rolled structural steel
shapes on a regular basis. structural engineers, architects, drafters
will benefit of its use and simplicity.
With STEELS Plus you can quickly look-up, find based on criteria or
browse all the properties of W, M, S, HP, C, MC, L, WT, ST, HSS, 2L and
PIPE sections in both the English and SI unit systems.
STEELS Plus also allows you to maintain a user-defined list of sections
("My List"). You can add sections from any of the program's other
windows modes (BROWSE, FIND and VIEW ALL).
Other functions within the My List mode lets you delete entries, set
current list as default (which will be opened by default on next
launch), export list to external file for posterior retrieval (without
affecting the default list) and export your personal list to CSV (which
can be opened in any spreadsheet application).
The personal list supports sections in mixed unit systems so you need
not to switch between English/SI systems to obtain the property of
section in a system different than the program's current.
