A new version of Windows Live Messenger has been released this version contains the following updates:

- New Design
- New Installer
- Contacts ordering has changed, you can now order it by groups, categories and favorites.
- New panel that shows what your friends are doing.
- If you change your personal status the border round your picture will change color.
